A day with Ara Guler and a farewell
SEPTEMBER 29, 2018 -
Ara Day
This day will be forever etched in my memory. I had the incredible chance to have a surprise interview with the renowned photographer Ara Güler. Excited, I went to his place. We talked about photography in Istanbul and its power to capture life. We walked through bustling streets, visited a church and a bookstore. Sadly, not long after, Ara Güler bid us farewell. I will always remember with gratitude this day spent with the great master of photography.
